What if quality issues occur when customer discover?

How does your company ensure the quality?
We are an ISO9001/ISO14001 certificated company, we use CKP, PFMEA to manage our production process. All our materials are RoHS 2.0 compliant and all products are 100% tested before shipping. Wire harness is produced under the standard of IATF16949. Each wire harness can provide PPAP documents to customers. -
